How
to Order
Each
page is designed as an order form. When
you find an item that you want to buy, enter the quantity of that
item you want to buy in the "Quantity"
box. In most cases, only one item is available, however, the
quantity available is shown below the
"Quantity"
box line.
Note: The Bid Pins and NOC/Team Pins pages have not yet been updated
with quantity boxes. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button
to purchase
an item.
When you have entered all quantities of the items from the page that you wish to buy, click the
"Buy Items"
button at the bottom of the page. You will
be taken to the checkout screen. If you are finished shopping, proceed with the checkout. If you wish to continue shopping,
click on the "CONTINUE
SHOPPING"
button and you will be returned back to the page where your previous
selection was made. Follow the above procedures for each page you
wish to purchase items from. If you wish to clear all the items
selected on the page, click the
"Clear Form"
button.
Once
you have completed your shopping, you can return to the checkout
screen by adding additional items to your cart or by clicking the
"Checkout"
button. Your shopping cart totals are displayed in the upper
right-hand corner of each page.
From
the checkout screen, verify product, quantity and price. If you wish
to delete an item, set the quantity to zero and click the
"RECALCULATE"
button. To calculate the cost of shipping, make a selection from the
dropdown menu. Next, select your US State where the order will be
shipped. Kentucky residents are required to pay 6% sales tax.
International locations should select
"No US
State". After
your selection, click the
"RECALCULATE"
button. Enter any special requests in the request box supplied. When
finished, click
"GO
TO PAYMENTS".
At
the next page, fill out the buyer information. Required fields are
in BOLD. Please make sure that your email information is
correct, otherwise your order can not be confirmed. Click the "CONTINUE"
button when finished. (See
"Payment
Information"
below)

Payment
Information
Payments
can be made in the following ways: Money Order in US funds, Cash by
Registered Mail (not responsible for cash lost in the mail),
Personal check (US customers only) or any payment method using
PayPal, including credit card.
After
selecting method of payment from the checkout form and submitting
your order, you will receive a Customer Receipt by email. If you are
paying by Money Order, Check or Cash, you will receive a second
email with my address after confirming your order. Please allow time
for this confirmation.

Refunds
and Discounts
If
you need to return any items for some reason, you must email me
within 45 days from date of original order with a valid reason for
the return. You will be notified by return email of a decision to
accept return. All items are checked for damage before shipping,
therefore, I am not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
If
the request to return is approved, a refund by check or money order will be sent
when returned item is received. Depending on reason for return,
there may be a $6.00 re-stock charge per return. Buyer is responsible for return
shipping costs.
A
10% discount applies to all orders over $250.00.
